What is a health coach?

The foundation of a health coach's purpose is to provide guidance, support, accountability, and most importantly, space. Space for you to speak, be heard, and navigate the obstacles stopping you from reaching your health and wellness goals. The approach is individualistic and holistic; it’s unique to each person, and encompasses all parts of their being (mental, physical, emotional and spiritual), addressing the whole person.

  • Holds a safe space for clients to dive into their feelings, desires, and intuition to reveal behaviors and patterns that may be stopping them from being their best selves. 

  • Helps clients identify goals, clarify motives, and discern challenges and barriers. 

  • Asks key questions that propel clients towards the actions they need to take to achieve their goals.  

  • Provides support as clients navigate barriers while building new habits. 

  • Acts as an accountability partner guiding clients to stay on course. 

  • Addresses nourishment on the plate (food, drink, supplementation) and off the plate (physical activity, spirituality, relationships, career, environment, finances, hobbies, etc.). 

  • Meets you where you are in your journey, setting small, achievable goals that'll help you reach your bigger goals.

Health Coaching Services

  • 1 x 50 minute session

    For people who would like support in setting goals and defining the steps they need to take to achieve those goals. 

  • 4 x bi/weekly 50 minute sessions

    For people who are ready to commit to a program and pursue their goals. We will set goals, address potential barriers, and work to build a solid foundation that supports healthy habits.

    Aside from our bi/weekly meetings, you will have access to me via email Monday-Friday 9am-5pm for questions!

    Program length: 4-8 weeks

  • 6 x bi/weekly 50 minute sessions

    For people who want longer term support and to address multiple goals. We will build upon progress, continue to navigate barriers that arise, and work to further develop healthy habits and strengthen intrinsic motivation to support a vibrant life.

    Aside from our bi/weekly meetings, you will have access to me via email Monday-Friday 9am-5pm for questions!

    Program length: 6-12 weeks
